Biking Tour in the Palm Grove of Erfoud

Leave from the Kasbah, pedal through the palm groves that surround the area. Traverse paths lined with date palms, pass through small villages and cultivated gardens. Optionally, ride to the center of Erfoud to explore the town at your own pace.

Camel Ride in Merzouga

Transfer by 4×4 to Merzouga (~40 km). Meet your camel guide and depart on a one-hour camel ride. You can choose sunrise or sunset to witness the spectacular color changes in the Erg Chebbi dunes.

4×4 Desert Tracks Excursion

Embark on a 4×4 journey with an experienced driver. Explore former rally circuits (including Paris-Dakar), cross rocky plateaus, visit fossil quarries, and stop in traditional villages to meet locals.

Rissani & Its Souk Visit

Depart for Rissani, former capital of Tafilalet and birthplace of the Alaouite dynasty. With a local guide, explore its lively souk, mausoleums, kasbahs, and ancient caravan gates. If markets are open, visit the donkey market and enjoy the famous Medfouna in Rissani.

Ziz Gorges & Aoufous Palm Grove Excursion (½ Day)
Drive along the Ziz Valley. Stop at the grand palm grove of Aoufous, then continue to the Ziz Gorges, where steep cliffs rise around the river — a striking contrast between greenery and rocky terrain.

Todgha Gorges Excursion

Set off early toward Tinghir. Visit the famous Todgha Gorge — a dramatic canyon with cliffs reaching up to 300 meters. Walk inside the gorge, enjoy lunch in a local restaurant, and explore surrounding villages and oasis before returning to Erfoud in the late afternoon.
